This renowned architect wanted an Indiana stone pool outline in the back yard of his residence.
The client wanted 1/16 inch wide joints with an elastomeric low modulus and high efficiency sealant. The joints were to be installed at an angle to return the water to the pool.
For the cooperative Courant du quartier, the primary objective is to provide apartments with affordable rent. The three community housing building construction project was led by the firm of architects Aedifica. Its design is current and an example of remarkable quality. The 3 buildings are located at 12 310, 12 320 and 12 330 Rodolphe- Forget.
Du to an especially rainy fall and very tight scheduled project, we had to develop ingenious methods of work with specialized equipment. With the waterproof heated scaffolding, we have worked tirelessly to complete in spring 2015.

Built in 1949 , the 5 buildings with a total area of approximately 14,000 square feet each and located at 5500, 5520 , 5530 , 5560 and 5590 Victoria Avenue in the Borough of Côte-des-Neiges – Notre- Dame-de -Grâce have benefited from a major exterior renovation making them waterproof siding and reassuring solidity.
